Shipping

Goods are usually available for despatch within 7 working days of receipt of order.

Goods that are out of stock may take up to 14 working days of receipt of order.

In the unlikely event of goods taking longer than the 14 working day period you will be contacted by a customer services representative who will give the option to cancel the order without penalty.

Refunds

All products carry a 7-day no quibble money back guarantee.

Faulty Goods

Any damages, faults or shortages must be notified within 7 days of receipt. (See returns policy). Traction Charger Ltd. cannot accept responsibility after this period.
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the consumer's requirements.

Warranty

All products carry a 1 year return to base warranty. (See returns policy) In the event of a fault occurring the product will be repaired or replaced according to the nature of the fault.
The warranty applies to products installed and used in accordance with the instructions.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you wish to return a product, please call or e-mail our Customer Services Department for a returns authorisation number to be recorded on the parcel.

Goods without returns authorisation number will not be accepted.

Goods returned must be in their original condition and packaging.

Goods must be returned at the expense of the consumer by registered means.
